You will receive a De Montfort Hall voucher that will act as receipt and confirmation of purchase, not the actual ticket. For security purposes, and to avoid any postal delays, Weekend Tickets will not be posted to customers this year and must be collected from the De Montfort Hall Box Office. These can be picked up before the festival, to avoid queuing. Please note, day tickets will be posted out to customers a week before the festival.
From Tuesday 10 August the Box Office will move to the Festival Main Entrance, just off Granville Road, in Victoria Park, see our festival site map. It will be open:
Tuesday 10 August 10am to 6pm
Wednesday 11 August 10am to 6pm
Thursday 12 August 10am to 11pm
Friday 13 August 9am to 10.30pm
Saturday 14 August 9am to 9pm
Sunday 15 August 9am to 9pm
Please remember to bring proof of ID with you, which is required for ticket collections and your booking receipt in case we need to verify purchase. The four forms of photographic ID which will be accepted are: photo driving licence, passport, CitizenCard, or PASS card - The Proof of Age Standards Scheme. You will, of course, be able to collect a refund at our Box Office for postage paid at the time of your original ticket purchase.

Camping
Good news for those who want somewhere quieter to camp with friends and family – we are reopening the Regent College campsite. The main campsite will be in Victoria Park but for a quieter festival experience, head for the campsite in Regent College. The site will be divided into family and quiet camping, with everyone staying there being lovely and considerate to their neighbours. There will also be extra toilets and showers available, to make it the most comfy campsite, too.
To make sure that we have enough space in the campsites and so we can keep track of what space we need, everyone who wants to camp will need to buy a ticket - including children. Tickets are needed for every camper aged aged 5 and over – although a child’s camping ticket costs just half the price of an adult’s.
Family tickets
We're trying to make things a little easier (and a little cheaper!) for families to buy tickets this year. The handy family ticket includes two adults and two kids - and is a saving of £10. If your family isn't quite so nuclear don't worry, any combination of kids and adult tickets can be purchased. Just remember every two children must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 or over.
Children and young people's tickets
Children aged 5 to 15 must be booked with an adult ticket and accompanied by an adult - aged 18 or over. If you are fortunate enough to look 16, you must bring ID to confirm this. Children under 5 are free, but must be booked through the box office on 0116 233 3111.
Young people aged 16 or 17 must buy a full price adult ticket and do not need to be accompanied by an adult.
